Admissions

Parents who are interested in enrolling their child are normally invited to visit the school. However, given the current situation with COVID-19, families should contact us to schedule a 'Virtual Visit'. You'll meet Lydia Gibb, Academy Dean, and other Talcott community members, and ask any questions you may have. If you have not already, we also encourage you to view the video on our homepage.

 

APPLYING TO TALCOTT

The application process consists of an application filled out by parents, two recommendation forms for teachers and a request for transcripts. For students entering K-3, there is an additional form for parents to complete. For students entering 4-8, they should submit an essay and make an appointment for an interview. We strongly recommend a day visit for all applicants.

All applicants must complete the following to be considered for acceptance:

    (One must be from a classroom teacher, the other may be from a mentor, advisor or counselor. Forms can be faxed to Talcott at 860-676-0421.)
